Former director of Peruvian airline pleads guilty in U.S. Court for price fixing

A former director of a Peruvian airline pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to integrated a price-fixing with competitors in shipments from the U.S. to Latin America , after the hurricane “Katrina” and “Rita”.
