Foreigners Residing in Argentina Permitted to Change Sexual Identities on Official Documents

Reurters reported that Foreign residents in Argentina can change sexual identity in the DNI
Foreigners residing in Argentina sexual identity can change their identity in the South American country, as the Argentines could do, according to a resolution published today in the Official Gazette.
The Gender Identity Act, adopted last May by the Argentine Congress, is considering applying for a sex change in official documents for both Argentines and foreign residents, but the actual implementation for the latter group was delayed until today. For rectification of sexual identity, with the possible change of name and photograph on the ID, the foreign applicant must demonstrate that the change is not possible in your country. Read Article
