Fernando Aguirre Assemblyman concerned about insecurity in Cuenca

The Patriotic Society Party assemblyman from Azuay, Fernando Aguirre, criticizes the lack of support from banks in countries with the proposal to declare a state of emergency in Cuenca, in response to increased criminal activity. Here is one of the comments made by a reader of the article in eltiempo.com.ec
“Mr. Aguirre is the first corrupt, I myself have been registering the cars in the ex-head of traffic without waiting in line. Came just lined up until he saw an acquaintance of the papers just went there and we were all watching the faces.”
