Felon from Guatemala receives two years U.S. Federal Prison for illegal reentry

A Guatemala man arrested earlier this year for attempting to re-enter Arizona illegally has been sentenced to two years in federal prison. Federal prosecutors say Allan Yair Najera-Valenti was apprehended by Nogales Station Border Patrol agents on May 12.Read Article
