FARC indicates willingness to release U.S. soldier

The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People”s Army (FARC-EP) announced that since last June 20 they have in their possession a U.S. soldier and requested a humanitarian commission for his release, as a sign of peace. In a communiqué on its website, the guerrillas noted that Kevin Scott Sutay was detained in the town of Retorno, in Guaviare department. Read Article
