FARC Head Escapes Colombian Military for the Third Time

•Despite rumors that FARC head member Alfonso Cano had been captured, he has escaped the Colombian military for the third time.
•RCN Radio reports that during an operation performed by the Colombian military last Wednesday, Alfonso Cano fled the encampment between the Cauca and Huila departments.
•The military had received information about the top FARC member’s location.
•He had escaped, according to President Santos, within a two hour window.
•Santos also assured that the military has successfully placed him out of his natural habitat. Read Article
