Exports up first quarter in Uruguay

  • First quarter of the year closed with exports at $140 million, according to espectador.com.
  • Dairy exports reached a record high of $530 million at the end of 2010 and are expected to rise this year. This is due to the increase in prices of dairy products internationally.
