Ecuador: teenage pregnancies, 45,708 births recorded in 2011

Eluniverso.com reported that for that year there were 30,503 mothers in Guayas adolescents 12 to 19 years. Pichincha continued, with 15,810; Manabi, with 13,378, and Rivers, with 9288. Ecuador recorded a total of 122,301 adolescent mothers for that year. There it was established that pregnancy under 14 increased by 74% in the last decade. It is the only figure.
