Ecuador: Poll reveals if election held today 38 percent would vote for Correa, 53 percent against

Redatos.com.ec reported The pollster(Cedatos) also asked whether they would vote for Rafael Correa in the case of re-election for the amendment is adopted. In September, 38% said yes vote for the current head of state, 53% said no and meanwhile, 10% did not know or did not respond. According Cedatos, the survey has a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of 3.4%. The projection of a Cedatos survey reveals that 73% of the population believes that a referendum to determine whether or not set term limits in the country. Barely 9% supports the decision taken by the National Assembly.

The survey was conducted in 23 cities in the country to 2,200 people 16 years or older. The company consulted about the procedure to be followed to establish term limits or not in the country and the results were changing as the months passed. In May, 61% of respondents said that it was appropriate procedure for the referendum, 18% voted that follow the amendment process through the Assembly.
