Ecuador Offers Advising to Paraguay on a Program for the Disabled

ElUniverso.com reports Ecuador offered to advise Paraguay on program for the disabled during a meeting in Quito, attended by the vice president of Ecuador, Lenin Moreno. Mr. Moreno created a plan to care for disabled Ecuadorians, which includes genetic studies, medical assistance, and subsidies for those who care for the elderly. Moreno was meeting with two Paraguayan congress-people who reportedly stated that a plan similar to Moreno’s was going to be discussed in their congress. Once the resources are available, the Paraguayans said that they would consult Moreno for advise on development of the Paraguayan disability program.Read Article
