Ecuador, mining safety still a major issues despite steps to improve the situation

After the tragedy that occurred on October 15, 2010 in Canton Portovelo, where four miners working for the company Minesadco died, companies have taken various measures to control, but still recorded failures in their facilities
Risks to health and life are eminent mining companies. Many tragedies have occurred in Ecuador and other countries in this work, especially when there are inadequate conditions that do not provide security for workers.
