Ecuador making attempts at curbing violence among soccer fans

According to Eluniverso.com, the governor of Guayas unveiled the campaign ‘red card to violence’, in the Municipality of Guayaquil was presented the project ‘Guayaquil without football violence’. The first has ten points, that ¬ ¬ inter alia include punitive legislation to punish the vandals and even expel lifetime sports venues and record clubs bars, while the other will have a base communications campaign with the intent to educate the amateur that “violence must be banished from the sports because sport is joy, respect, solidarity and fellowship.
