Ecuador: Internet Access makes up 39% of customer complaints to telecom authority

telecompaper.com reported Ecuador’s Superintendency of Telecommunications (Supertel) said through March 31, 2014, there have been 8,756 complaints, inquiries and suggestions from customers received. Total complaints are 4,015. The primary complaint to the superintendency concerned value-added services (internet access) which totaled 39 percent of the complaints.
