Ecuador initiates its own sign language dictionary

Eelmercurio.com.ec reported that the country has its first official dictionary of sign languages ​​Ecuadorian. Lenin Moreno presided over the launch of the editorial project, which was held today in the auditorium of the Ministry of Education.
