Ecuador: four Chinese workers die in explosion, hydroelectric construction site

According to a manager at Hidropaute in Ecuador an explosion has killed four Chinese workers. The incident happened at the large hydroelectric project in a tunnel at the Sopladora project. ect A construction company says an explosion at Ecuador’s most important hydroelectric project has killed four Chinese workers.
