Ecuador drops visa requirement for Chinese tourists

Ecuador will allow the entry of Chinese tourists without that they request and acquire a Visa in the Asian country, said today the Vice President of Ecuador, Jorge Glas, visit this week to Beijing in search of investment. Ecuadorian Vice President made the announcement during the investment forum “Ecuador-grows” held today, January 22, at the Chinese Council for the promotion of trade (CCPIT) in Beijing and where Glas explained that the measure seeks to encourage the entry of Chinese tourists “providing the process”. The President arrived in China earlier this week for a visit of seven days in which seeks to strengthen the relationship with the Asian country, as well as get new investments in basic industries to support the industrialization of Ecuador, its main task in the Government.
