Ecuador: Correa signs decree to fix prices on 40 staple foods

Controlling prices of staples and avoid speculation when you are looking to sell is the Government, through Decree 1438.
This pricing applies nationally to 46 products, including: flower rice, oats, beef bone, boneless, ground, pork bone, pork chop, pork ribs, whole chicken into pieces, milk, chicken eggs, 17 fruits and a similar number of plants, including grains. Article 3 of Decree determines how to establish referential product calculation.
