Ecuador: Annual Inflation Rate rose to 4.8 percent June 2015

Reuters reported that the annunal inflation rate is up to 4.8 percent in June. May reported an inflation rate of 4.55 percent.

Consumer prices according to the government inreased 0.41 percent for June in comparison to 0.18 in May of 2015. The government uses as a measuring tool a modified basket of 60 products to calculate inflation. Estimates by the government state inflation will be 3.9 percent for 2015.
