Ecuador: 22 complaints filed against Rafael Correa for use of public funds during election campaign

america.infobae.com reported that between November 2012 and this week, the Comptroller General of Ecuador revealed that there were 22 complaints against the incumbent president and candidate for the ruling party PAIS. As the document states, total 12 were sent to control units and are in the process of verification. Another two were referred to the Department of Political Finance Enforcement National Electoral Council (CNE) to be linked to the delivery charges of election advertising. Read Article
