Director of medical school in Costa Rica claims medical graduates from cuba, serious deficiencies

The director of the School of Medicine of the University of Costa Rica
(UCR), Ricardo Cordero Boza, said doctors with college
Latin American School of Medicine in Cuba (ELAM), have “serious
deficiencies “in their education, reports the Costa Rican
