Dengue outbreak Mato Grosso Brazil

Brazil faces an epidemic of dengue, a disease that can be fatal and is transmitted by the bite of the female mosquito Aedes aegypti, of African origin but is now widespread throughout much of the tropical regions and equatorial the world. The Aedes albopictus – Asian tiger mosquito – is also a carrier of the disease. The authorities are already talking about 7,000 to 10,000 people affected by dengue so far this year in the city of Campo Grande in the southwest of the country, and reported about 600 new cases each day in the capital of the southern state of Mato Grosso do Sul Since the outbreak was identified…..
