Cusco, Peru Polling Stations Installed Late

ElComercio.pe reports that as of 9:00 a.m. the National School of Sciences in Cusco had not finished the installation of 84 polling stations. The ONPE began to deliver the election material at 8:30 a.m. delaying the setup. Furthermore, many members of the electoral board are absent on the morning of the election. The police and other legal officials are trying to deal with the matter, however replacements are not being found easily. This is causing voter uneasiness.Read Article
