Cuenca Ecuador: Four detained in kidnapping of U.S. woman in Kidnapping for Ransom

cronicamercurio reported on their Twitter account that Four suspects were detained for the kidnapping/for ransom of an North American woman in Vilcabamba. The woman was found tied up in the storage area of a condo building in Cuenca. The suspected kidnappers demanded $400,000 in ransom for her release.
