Controversy in Bolivia: approved bill to legalize smuggled cars

A new law was approved on Wednesday and 10 000 vehicles registered undocumented on the first day of implementation. There is strong criticism of Evo Morales and accuse it of encouraging crime. About 10,000 vehicles Bolivia admitted to smuggling, especially from the Chilean port of Iquique, were recorded in the first 24 hours after application of a controversial law allowing legalized, said on Friday the National Customs.
