Constitutional Court Rejects Appeal To Ban US Navy Ships in Costa Rica

Constitutional Court ruling allows US navy ships to enter Costa Rican waters in a joint antidrug operations with the Costa Rican Coast Guard, under the Joint Maritime Agreement in effect since 1999.
