Colombian Military Deactivates FARC Motorcycle Bomb

•The Colombian military has deactivated a motorcycle bomb that was reportedly installed by FARC in a road between Cauca and Valle del Cauca in southeast Colombia.
•The road is functioning normally and is being patrolled by the Police and Army as revealed by EFE.
•During an operation in which the military freed two country people, Mobile Brigade 3 discovered that the FARC guerillas possessed 2 motorcycles, one of which had 40 kg of anfo (ammonium nitrate).
•Also today, a remotely detonated bomb exploded 50 meters behind a police post in the southwest area of Pasto.
•The detonation caused damages to 40 homes, but resulted in no injuries. Read Article
