Colombia seized the leader of a powerful BACRIM

Efren Meneses Hector Yela is trusted man Calle Antonio Javier Serna, better known as the “Fighter” and head of the criminal gang Los Rastrojos, who also established a criminal alliance with the FARC. Caracol Radio reported, the drug had arrested more than two decades devoted to organized crime. As heir to the criminal, Serna Street operates in several regions of the country, “Guara” ran until his arrest in the area of Nariño and Putumayo.
