Colombia: Court rules that airlines cannot maintain black list of passengers

Eltiempo.com reported that Avianca has been ordered to remove a list of people he called “non-conforming”. Avianca has 48-hour period to lift the veto imposed a passenger argued with their employees and delete your files the ‘black list’ of users in which was included for his behavior. This was ordered on Tuesday a ruling by the Constitutional Court, claiming that this list which included Avianca passengers who were denied their claims services, seemingly coming out of tune, violates the reputation of users.
