Colombia: Claro sanctioned 45 million dollars for limiting free competition

The phone company Claro, a subsidiary of America Movil, was sanctioned by the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) of Colombia with a fine of 45 million dollars for practices to “limit free competition”.
