Colombia: areas of the country under fire and drought alert

In the remainder of January, is expected to dry weather prevails in the Caribbean region where high temperatures will cause fires could plant cover, especially at the end of the month. In just two weeks in the country there have been 14 fires and this could continue to increase. Today’s alert is on mainly in the Caribbean, Andean and the Orinoco, where they are on red alert the departments of Bolivar, Cesar, Antioquia, Santander, Arauca, Meta and Vichada. Read Article
