Chilean airline association sends letter to Copec regarding fuel shortages

The Chilean Association of Airline, AG, Achille, sent a letter this afternoon the company Copec, which raises concern over shortages who have suffered several of its affiliates in the Santiago airport and asked to take public responsibility for these acts, which have affected several flights also hurting passengers. The letter signed by Italo Guerinoni, president of the association that brings together 21 airlines, including 19 foreign nationals plus Sky Airline Lan Airlines, part stating “the absolute seriousness of this fact is of all the negative consequences attached thereto, both country (commercial and image damage), and at the level of the airlines, because they can not provide shuttle service, remain non-compliant against all of its customers, passengers and shippers. “It also indicates his “hope to adopt immediate measures to remedy both this out of stock entirely predictable as to prevent future recurrence.” Read Article
