Central states of Mexico devising plan to protect motorists

Due to the climate of insecurity and increasing stolen on some roads in the country, the states of central detailing a strategy to shield themselves and their tourism and trade flows are not affected, said the governor of Zacatecas, Miguel Alonso Reyes.
