People of 100 or more years old should go to any registry office to update your details, including your card out.

You can also go a relative, but a mandatory requirement: application to the respective provincial director that must be included in the full names, identity card numbers and phone, and home address. But seniors in this age range if you just want to confirm their existence, they should do with documents such as a request to the respective provincial director, which must contain the full names, identity card numbers and phone, and home address.
