Arequipa, Apurimac, Moquegua, Puno and Tacna have problems with Internet.
Members of the departments of Arequipa , Apurimac , Puno , Moquegua and Tacna suffered a partial section of your Internet service today at 9 am due to breakage of the fiber optic network Telefónica .

Sources of Telefónica reported that their fixed telephony, mobile and Internet have been partially affected in these regions, due to the rupture of fiber-optic network in the Arequipa segment with direction to the district of San Jose, caused by a backhoe while doing work not related to the company.
