Brazil: Police detonate explosive left in attempted robbery at ATM

Shock Battalion Military Police detonated an explosive left in attempted robbery at an ATM in the town of Amelia Rodrigues, about 80 km from Salvador, which occurred on Thursday (6). The whole area, located opposite the town hall, was isolated. A stick of dynamite was detonated in the middle of the street. The suspects were not located.
“The elements, fearful, escaped, and failed to detonate any explosives, leaving the box intact,” says deputy André Prado. The attempted robbery occurred around 3am. Read Article
