Brazil, National Security Force to remain another 90 days on border

Starting on Tuesday, began extending for 90 days in the presence of members of the National Public Security Force at the border.

According to the authorities concerned to support the actions of other entities organized crime. According to Justice Minister José Eduardo Cardozo, the presence of this force will be kept National Amazonas, Acre, Amapá, Roraima, Rondonia, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pará, Paraná and Santa Catarina.

The aim is to strengthen the actions of federal police department as part of the National Public Security Border, developed by the federal government’s decision to bring down drug trafficking and weapons.
