Brazil, Mexico to eliminate short term visa requirement between both countries

The governments of Mexico and Brazil agreed on Monday to remove the short-stay visa for the passports of their citizens in order to facilitate migration between the two nations. A statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE), this measure is the result of agreements made by the Mexican president, Enrique Peña Nieto, and his Brazilian counterpart, Dilma Rousseff, at the last summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
