Brazil, Guarani Indigenous group demands oil companies to leave their ancestral lands

Revistagobierno.com reported that Brazil’s Guarani Indians demanded that the energy giant Shell to stop using their ancestral lands for the production of ethanol. Vilhalva Ambrosio, a Guaraní man of one of the affected communities, said Survival International : “Shell should leave our land … the companies should stop using Indian land. We want justice, we want our territory to be demarcated and protected for us.” Read Article
