Bolivia, Woman takes command of government while Morales is at United Nations Assembly

The head of the Bolivian Senate Gabriela Montaño assumed on an interim President of Bolivia Evo Morales in replacement, who travels to the United Nations Assembly, and by the absence of the Vice President Alvaro Garcia, mission to Vietnam, reported Sunday the Government House.
