Bolivia attracts foreign investors

The Government’s position on economic agendas with private entrepreneurs to work in the productive, motivated companies such as Latin America Invest to consolidate meetings with the private business sector and facilitate the entry of foreign investment to the country, said the director of this Company, Damián Valenzuela.

According to the executive, the conditions in Bolivia “are not quite attractive.” But after a negative expectation after four years of administration of this Government, “things seem to take a different direction because they can generate business and take advantage of the economic times,” he said. “Bolivia has shown indicators that are better from the standpoint of investment”, he added.

He said that this country has the ability to generate investment process from cheap credit, which does not happen in other countries in Latin America. “It is with lower rates to those of Brazil, Peru and Argentina, for example,” he said. Read Article
