Bogota Colombia: 254 drivers arrested for DUI during celebrations of love and friendship

Authorities handed a part of 254 drivers caught driving while intoxicated, after the celebration of the day of love and friendship in the nation’s capital, at least in the last six hours of the trading date.

Within the operations carried out by the Traffic Police of Bogotá, who registered through checkpoints and mobiles across the city on the night of Love and Friendship were caught driving “drunk” 254 drivers, who not only put in risk to ordinary people, but also risked the lives of those who were accompanying, authorities said during the night and early hours of Sunday in the capital.
