Argentina, transnationals blamed for blackouts

The blackouts that occurred in Argentina earlier this year are related to the lack of investment by the company Edesur, said the chief of staff, Aníbal Fernández.
Since late December, various locations in Buenos Aires suffered blackouts of up to 72 hours, initially attributed to the increase in demand caused by a heat wave with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius. Read Article
