Argentina: three pilots remain in custody over “death flights”

The Federal Court of Buenos Aires on Friday confirmed the order processing and detention against three pilots and a lawyer for his involvement in so-called “death flights,” a strategy of extermination of opponents used in the last military dictatorship in Argentina ( 1976-1983).

The expilotos Alejandro D’Agostino, Enrique José de Saint Georges and Daniel Mario Arrue were arrested last May for participating in the flight that were cast on December 14, 1977 a group of people of the Church of the Holy Cross.
