Argentina, high temperatures stressing electrical grid, power outages

High temperatures in recent days led to a record demand for electricity, generating power outages in various parts of the city, the suburbs of Buenos Aires and the interior of the country.In Federal Capital during the week there were power outages in several districts of the Federal Capital as Floresta, Villa Lugano, Caballito, Belgrano and downtown, and in some cases the supply interruption lasted more than 12 hours.There were also local party power outages in San Martin, as Villa Ballester, and Berazategui and La Plata, where there were power outages that lasted for more than 48 hours.
