Argentina Floods 2013: Over one hundred thousand residents in need of assistance

Most of the people killed by Argentina’s floods were residents of an impoverished neighbourhood in La Plata. Ringelen is one of the poorest in the city – all of the houses in the area were flooded and many residents say they have not received any assistance from the government. They still have no electricity and struggle to find food. Al Jazeera’s Teresa Bo reports from La Plata.
