Argentina, 1300 gay couples married in first six months of new law

More than 1,300 gay couples married in Argentina during the first six months of a new law that allows marriage between same-sex couples, passed in July,2010.
According to a report of the Argentina Federation of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transvestites (FALGBT) published by the Buenos Aires newspaper “Clarín” , 70 percent of marriages between men had cohabitated from between 12 and 15 years. Read Article
