LACK OF POWER/WATER CAUSING DISTRUBANCES
The aftermath of the storm that swept Buenos Aires last Wednesday that killed 14 people, and wounding 18 others – has left heavy damage to infrastructure and a malaise that has caused law enforcement problems.

As reported by the Argentine daily Clarin, the neighborhood of Pompeii, disgusted by the lack of help from the authorities and the delay in the return of light and water, came Friday to the streets to protest and cut roads and Train.
