According to ILO, Latin America has lowest employment rate in twenty years

Some Spanish college students across the Atlantic in search of employment in Latin America. Not many, but the number is growing, as recognized by Spanish diplomats. It happens that in Latin America, unemployment has fallen to 6.8% in 2011, said Thursday the International Labour Organization (ILO) in its annual employment outlook for the region. This is the lowest level of unemployment since 1990, the year the ILO began to use the current calculation method for measuring this scourge in the region.
