Abnormal High Temperatures in Quito Ecuador

Although, in theory, the central and northern Sierra should be in winter, in recent days, around 12:00, in the city have recorded temperatures, on average, between 21 and 23 degrees Celsius. Records own dry seasons. The cause of this anomaly, according to the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMHI), is in a high circulation of winds affecting the northern Ecuadorian Amazon and brings strong winds that “sweep” the cloud.
