Chilean Pulp Mill May Be Held Responsible For 2004 Environmental Catastrophe

Reports suggest that Valdivia’s Celco pulp mill is liable for death of black-necked swans. Preliminary reports from the case against Celulosa Arauco (Celco) indicate that the pulp mill will be held responsible for the environmental disaster in 2004 at the nature sanctuary on Río Cruces.
